Whilst every care is taken to deliver your products, we understand that on occasion, stock may arive damaged or may be faulty. If you feel this is the case with your delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods. Quote your invoice number.

 
Postage is NOT included on refunds and returns.

Refunds and exchanges will only be given when we have received the goods back in our office as confirmation of receipt.

Take caution when ordering as we do not offer refunds for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items.
